Founded in July 2015, Fuxin Microelectronics Co., Ltd. is an innovative enterprise composed of government-guided funds, private investment companies, and professional technical teams. The shareholder team has a modern management model and the concept of professional investment, with registered capital of 132 million yuan. Among them, Hefei Venture Guidance Fund Co., Ltd., Hefei Hi-tech Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. and Hefei Yichuang Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) have received a total capital investment of 60 million yuan. The company has dozens of technical experts with more than ten years'experience in the semiconductor industry. It is a comprehensive microelectronics enterprise integrating chip research and development, manufacturing, testing, packaging, marketing and application services. The company's construction project is located in Hefei High-tech Zone, covering an area of 30 mu, with a total investment of 300 million yuan. The design goal is to produce 500,000 power integrated circuit chips per year. The company owns the first 5-inch chip production line in Anhui Province and the first production line in China to produce thyristor and power protection products by 5-inch flat polishing process, which fills the gap in the domestic industry. The company's current products are mainly thyristors (thyristors), protective products ( TVS, TSS), and further develop new products and technologies such as SIDAC, Schottky, ESD integrated chips, fast recovery diodes, IC, MOSFET, IGBT. The main application areas of the products are various power supply systems, household appliances, lighting, communication equipment, automobiles, and network equipment systems. At present, the company has three wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely Hefei Fuxinyuan Semiconductor Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Dongguang Weiye Technology Co., Ltd. and Shengting Microelectronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
