Shenzhen Lanke Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lanke) is a high-tech enterprise specializing in transient protection and consumer integrated circuit design, outsourcing and sales. The core personnel of the R&D team have more than 20 years of work experience. The products involve Bipolar, CMOS, and BCDMOS process technology. The product line is mainly based on TVS, ESD protection device design, and analog circuits. At present, three series of products have been formed, namely operational amplifier series circuits, motor drive series circuits, and power supply series circuit.
