We adopt advanced semiconductor manufacturing, packaging and assembly foundry technologies at home and abroad to develop key components for DC brushless motors, including various MOS transistors, IGBTs, gate drive ICs, MOSFET/IGBT power modules and Drives, ranging from 10W to 100KW power, and from household to industrial applications, such as fans, refrigerators, air conditioners to machine tools, aerators, pumps, slow cars, etc.
