Counters / DividersCounters and dividers are types of logic ICs that are used to count or divide a given input signal. Counters are digital circuits that can count the number of pulses or events that occur over a given period of time. Dividers, on the other hand, take a given input frequency and divide it by a specified amount to produce a new, lower frequency output.
