Display, Monitor - LCD Driver/Controller

An LCD driver (or controller) is an electronic device that is used to control the operation of an LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor. The driver converts digital signals from a computer or other device into the analog signals that are required to drive the LCD display. The driver also controls the display's backlight and manages other functions, such as color correction and image scaling. LCD drivers are typically integrated into the display module itself, but they can also be separate components that are connected to the display module via a cable or other connection. In some cases, the driver may be built into the computer or other device that is sending the digital signals to the display.
