Test Clips - ICIC test clips, also known as integrated circuit test clips or IC probes, are a type of test and measurement tool used to test and measure the performance of integrated circuits (ICs). ICs are small, complex electronic components that are found in many types of electronic devices, such as computers, smartphones, and household appliances. IC test clips are used to connect an oscilloscope or other test and measurement equipment to the pins of an IC in order to measure the electrical signals passing through the IC. This allows engineers and technicians to diagnose and troubleshoot problems with the IC, as well as to test the performance of the IC under different conditions. IC test clips are available in a variety of sizes and shapes to fit different types of ICs.
