A microblog named "Mobile Chip Expert" posted that TSMC is preparing to cut prices, and the five major customers of Apple, Qualcomm, MediaTek, Nvidia, and AMD all think that the quotation is too high. The industry insider said: "TSMC is preparing to reduce the price of all 3nm process prices to increase the overall capacity utilization (billing utilization; UTR)."

On the other hand, TSMC's rival Samsung on the 3nm track is starting to attack, and TSMC may be under pressure. According to industry insiders in South Korea, Samsung Electronics has greatly increased the production of 3nm chips, and it seems that the yield problem has been resolved.
