IC design industry faces "off-season in off-season" with almost no order visibility

Facing the wave of semiconductor inventory revisions, PCs, mobile phones and other consumer electronics applications have not yet seen obvious signs of rejuvenation. IC design manufacturers do not deny that although the inventory continues to be depleted, the speed is still slow.
