DIY: Fixing a 2007 Microwave

This microwave is from 2007 and has been unused and stored for a long time, so it broke and can't be used. If your microwave is in the same situation, check out this article to see if it has what you need.

Upon inspection, it was discovered that the circuit board wiring was moldy, and when it was opened up, the touch panel was also damaged. However, it was found that the microwave tube and turntable were still good.

You can make your own circuit board to fix it, but the actual cost of making a circuit board is much higher.

The basic situation of the repaired microwave is as follows:

The operation is simpler and more user-friendly than the original panel,

The EC11 encoding switch is used to set the time. It ranges from 1 to 59 minutes.

There are three levels of fire adjustment. The first digital tube displays one, two, or three.

The function of the program key is to heat up on high for 10 minutes, followed by low heat for n minutes. The default n is 10 but can be adjusted. If you press this button, it will display 20 minutes, with the first 10 minutes on high heat. It can be used for roasting chicken.

There is also a button and indicator light in the circuit diagram that is not currently in use, but is available as a backup.

The 5V power module is from a dismantled cellphone charger.
