Bluetooth Receiver Mod: DIY Power Upgrade

For those in possession of a Bluetooth stereo receiver equipped with an audio RCA port, a do-it-yourself (DIY) modification is possible, utilizing a power source derived from a carefully adapted external casing through the application of a small electric grinder.

Let's delve into the details of this modified receiver:

Commencing with the rear panel, it features a power socket, an antenna socket, and two audio outputs.

Upon closer examination of the internal components, a shift in perspective reveals a meticulous arrangement.

The posterior side accommodates the integration of a power supply for the electric grinder. 

Once properly encased, an evaluation of the power capacity is conducted, followed by a precise adjustment of its positioning.

With limited available space, strategic placement is made for two 35V6800uf electrolytic capacitors, a 25A square bridge, and the insertion of a pair of terminal blocks into the RCA openings at the back. Additionally, a 3-pin aviation socket is incorporated for potential future expansions, such as the inclusion of another electric grinder.

In the remaining gap on the opposite side, an existing power switch is augmented with a fuse holder. Cautionary notes are provided concerning potential short circuits on the load side, which could lead to fire hazards. Two indicator lights are connected - one to the power source and the other to the output terminal block.

On the front panel, one side accommodates an AC power source, while the other side features a single-pole three-position switch. The central position designates an off state, with the two switch positions providing 12V full-wave and 24V full-bridge power, offering dual levels of motor power adjustment.

The resultant product is a meticulously modified Bluetooth stereo receiver, showcasing a harmonious integration of components and functionalities.
