NVIDIA Tops Q3 Chip Industry Revenue, Surpassing TSMC and Intel

In a recent revelation by financial analyst Dan Nystedt, based on the financial reports of various companies in the third quarter of 2023, NVIDIA has surpassed TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) and Intel, securing the top position in chip industry revenue.

In Q3, NVIDIA achieved a revenue milestone of $18.12 billion, marking a remarkable 206% YoY increase and a 34% QoQ increase from the previous quarter's $13.507 billion. The net profit for the same period reached $9.243 billion, reflecting an exceptional 1259% YoY growth and a substantial 49% QoQ increase from the prior quarter's $6.188 billion.

In comparison, major players in the industry reported the following Q3 revenues: TSMC at $17.28 billion, Intel at $14.16 billion, and Samsung Semiconductor's business revenue at $12.52 billion.
