DIY LED Desk Lamp: 2835 LEDs & Smart Lighting

Explore the construction of a stylish desk lamp using 80 advanced 2835 LED beads with variable color temperatures: 3500k, 4000k, 5000k, and 5500k.

Materials:

· Copper-clad board

· 2835 LED

· 7135

· 8022ws

· Mini USB female head

· Capacitor

· Fine copper tube

· Suction cup hook

Production Steps:

1. Manual Board Carving:

Meticulously carve the board, carefully planning the LED layout, and drawing precise wiring before intricately carving the circuit.

2. LED and Driver Integration:

Weld the four LED circuits, employing 7315 constant current drivers for separate control. Utilize 8022ws for PWM dimming control.

3. Power Supply Integration:

Connect the mini USB to a 5V power source for seamless functionality.

4. Touch Control System:

Establish a touch control system by connecting the 8022 touch pin to a copper tube, cleverly serving as both a support structure and a touch-sensitive control for dimming the LEDs.

5. Space-Saving Base Design:

Opt for a suction cup fixation method instead of a traditional base, effectively conserving valuable desktop space.
