If you've got a circuit board for a Bull charger, you can make a casing for easier use.
Get an 86-type surface mount box and remove the screw pillars.
Make sure it fits the power board.
Mark lines and drill holes.
Preliminary drilling, then trim the edges with a knife.
After trimming, place the board in, it looks great.
View from the top.
Drill a hole for the power cord.
Find two small parts, button caps.
Make a cover. The row without drilled holes is for light guide holes. The plastic board is too thick to let light through.
After putting on the button caps, it looks good.
Secure with glue for easy disassembly later.
Tie it up and wait for it to cure.
After a day, the light transmission is slightly worse, but you can still see how many lights are on.
Plug in a load. This power board has a maximum output of 25W, 5V5A.
