If your electric shaver has been running for a long time and the battery is no longer holding up even after replacing it with a nickel-hydrogen cell, then you might want to consider switching to a disassembled power core of 2000mAh.

The touch chip is a TTP223, which is overly sensitive. You can add a capacitor to modify it for button control. Four IN4007 diodes are used for voltage reduction; in practice, three IN4007s and one SS14 are sufficient.
