How can you modify a wireless receiver box with an internal diameter of 72mm and width of 24mm into a portable 47 headphone amplifier? If you're interested, keep reading!
The wireless receiver box is as follows:
Internal Structure:
You'll need to prepare a headphone amplifier kit. It requires a single power supply, and the board is slightly larger, so you'll need to trim it to fit. It should fit perfectly into the slot! Just leave the switch part of the original board.
If you don't need a portable version, you can use an adapter for power. However, if you want it to be portable, further modifications are necessary, including using a charging boost module.
Apart from the large filter capacitor, other capacitors can be directly inserted.
The board fits perfectly into the case!
The original unit uses a 5532 dual op-amp. After testing with the 2068 and 4580 op-amps, the 5532 proved to be superior, though the other two are also good. There is no background noise, just subtle differences in high and low frequencies. If you have other requirements, you can modify it further yourself.
