How to convert a 12V air pump mechanism into a wireless air pump?

Tools Required: electric drill, hole saw, spot welder, soldering iron, hot glue gun
Materials Needed:
· 1 x 12V air pump mechanism
· 1 x 12V 5cm fan
· 1 x Switch
· 3 x Sony C4 18650 batteries
· 1 x Protection board (can be taken from a Miho electric drill)
· Several screws, nuts, and standoffs
Testing: After powering it on, block the air outlet. The pressure gauge should indicate slightly over 6 bars, which is more than enough to inflate car tires (typically around 2.5 bars).
Although the wiring might look a bit messy during assembly, it will be hidden once the cover is on.
