Having a Midea bread maker can add variety to your breakfast table. But what if you want to calibrate the heating control to avoid overheating? Here's what you can do. If you're interested, keep reading.

First, you'll need to disassemble the machine and locate the temperature sensing component to identify if it's an NTC thermistor. By connecting a trimmer potentiometer in parallel with the NTC thermistor, you can adjust the microcontroller's temperature reading, allowing you to reduce or turn off the heating in advance. This helps to calibrate the heating level and achieve better, more delicious bread.

To complete the modification, connect the trimmer potentiometer in parallel. The potentiometer should be wired as a two-terminal component, with the middle pin shorted to one of the side pins.
