First, you'll need the RX8025T and RX8025AC, along with an SOP14 adapter board. Compared to the DS1302, the RX8025 can be used as a drop-in replacement without needing to modify the circuit or code. Simply connect the X1 pin of the DS1302 to the output pin 3 of the RX8025, and leave X2 floating, just like you would with an external crystal oscillator.
