DIY Ozone Generator for Fridge Odor Removal

If your fridge has persistent odors like garlic and you're thinking of both disinfecting and deodorizing, what should you do? You might want to consider using an ozone generator with a battery.

You can repurpose a lithium battery from an old phone, combined with a power bank circuit board. With five ozone generators requiring about 1.5A, a 1.5A output from the power bank is just what you need.

For the DC charging plug (5.5mm x 2.1mm), if you don't want to use glue, it's better to punch a hole for the setup.

Inside, you'll have five ozone generators, one fan, one battery, and one power bank circuit board.

After testing, it runs for about an hour. You can even smell the ozone outside, indicating a decent concentration.

If you want it to run for a longer period, you can switch to a better battery.

That way, you won't have to worry about fridge odors anymore.
