If you're interested in DIY wireless charging functionality, take a look at this article.
Nowadays, most smartphones support wireless charging, but when charging headphones, you still need to unplug the charging cable and connect it to the headphone case. If you find this troublesome, you can DIY and add wireless charging to your headphone case.
For this DIY project, we'll use the Xiaomi Aie2 SE Bluetooth earbuds.
You can choose to prepare a receiving coil and a small wireless charging receiver module for your DIY, but if you think it's not cost-effective, you can also use an old headphone case with wireless charging capability, as shown in the image below.
Disassemble the mainboard and coil. The right part of the mainboard is the wireless receiver module, and you can keep just this part along with the coil.
This is the mainboard of the Xiaomi earbuds. There are test points on it where you can directly solder the connections. On the wireless receiver module, locate the output area, scrape off the solder mask, and solder the wires.
After testing, the light turned on, proving that the modification was successful. The battery has already been successfully charged from 70% to 80%.
Due to space constraints, here directly attached the wireless coil to the battery. There's a magnetic isolation sheet in between, with a thickness of 0.3mm. After charging for a while, the case heats up slightly, but this is generally fine. If you're worried about safety, you can further optimize the setup yourself.
