Arm Architecture Ships Record 7.4 Billion Chips in Q2

Arm recently unveiled pivotal Q2 2022 operational data on its official site, relevant for stakeholders in the electronics industry.

During this quarter, Arm achieved a record-breaking revenue of $7.19 billion, a notable 6% YoY increase. License fee revenue soared to $4.53 billion, marking a substantial 22% YoY growth. The adjusted EBITDA reached $4.14 billion, showcasing an impressive 31% YoY increase.

Furthermore, Arm's architecture chips experienced a notable surge in shipments, totaling 7.4 billion units, a remarkable 7% YoY increase and setting a new historical high.

Beyond its traditional mobile stronghold, Arm has successfully expanded into the automotive and infrastructure sectors, witnessing robust growth in all newly targeted markets this quarter.
