There aren't many cassettes on the market these days. If you're interested in cassette players, you can follow this guide to DIY a cassette with a TF card slot and Bluetooth. You can prepare transparent front and back covers for assembly.
The main body looks like the picture below:

On this basis, you'll need to make some holes:

As shown in the picture above, this is the hole for the TF card, which turned out pretty well.

The charging port hole looks like this:

The button holes are shown in the picture above. For the buttons, you can design them yourself and 3D print them.

As shown in the picture above, you'll need to secure the circuit board and battery.

You can 3D print a small tray yourself, like in the picture above.

The picture above shows how the small tray fits into the cassette.

Once the inside is finished, you can put on the transparent shell.

The finished product from the front looks like this:

The finished product from the back looks like this:

The picture above shows the TF card slot position.

The picture above shows the charging port position.

The picture above shows the four-channel magnetic head.

The battery section is shown above. You can take it from an old PCB headphone jack.

Connect the headphone jack wires.

The finished product can be used in two ways. You can use it as a standalone MP3 player and Bluetooth headphones. It uses a JIELI Technology chip, which delivers really good sound quality. You can also put it in a portable player and use it as an electronic cassette.

Done.
