Higgsfield Raises $400M, Valued at $5.4B

According to Higgsfield, the artificial intelligence startup has raised $400 million in its latest Series B funding round, valuing the company at $5.4 billion. Its valuation has quadrupled in roughly six months, reflecting rapidly growing demand for AI-powered marketing and media content.

The Series B round was led by DST Capital, with participation from Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Tribe Capital, and Intel, among others. Existing investors Accel, Menlo Ventures, and GFT Ventures also joined the round.

Higgsfield is an AI-native platform designed for content creators, marketers, and film studios. The company reported that its annualized revenue reached $700 million in August.

Its proprietary AI tools include Soul 2.0 for image generation and Keyframes for story and script development. The new funding will be used to expand global sales and operations, strengthen infrastructure, accelerate technology development, and support further hiring.

Higgsfield serves enterprise customers across advertising and marketing, entertainment, broadcasting, and other industries. Since January, its global user base has doubled to more than 30 million.

The company previously raised more than $130 million in its Series A round in January, when it was valued at more than $1.3 billion.
