DIY 18650 Battery Pack for an Electric Bike

If you happen to have some 18650 batteries, you can use them to build a battery pack for your electric bike.
Take the batteries out and arrange them neatly.
Apply insulating stickers first.
Then spot-weld the batteries together.
The welding is complete, and everything looks perfect.
Weld the main power wires.
The battery protection board is now installed.
Wrap everything with tape and install the insulating board as well.
You can use a mobile phone to install an app and check the battery status.
This is the charger.
The stainless steel enclosure looks pretty good.
Install the enclosure, then secure a terminal block to make wiring easier.
The battery pack is now installed on the electric bike, and the project is complete.
