Super Semiconductor is an integrated circuit product design company (product design, testing, sales) focusing on high-end high-voltage power semiconductors (Super-Junction MOSFET, IGBT). The company was established in early 2013 with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. Invested and established by Hong Kong Allianz Group, the company has gathered senior power semiconductor experts from China, Japan and South Korea. The company currently employs 15 people. The company’s headquarters is located in Shanghai’s Zhangjiang High-tech Park, known as the "Silicon Valley of China". Packaging and testing are entrusted to well-known semiconductor companies at home and abroad, such as Tianshui Huatian Microelectronics and Nantong Fujitsu. At present, the company has successfully developed a super junction MOS comparable to Infineon's 6th generation CoolMOS. The product range covers a full series from 2A to 47A and withstand voltage 500V/600V/650V/700V/800V.
