The company was established in early 2013 with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. Invested and established by Hong Kong Allianz Group, the company has gathered senior power semiconductor experts from China, Japan and South Korea. The company currently employs 15 people. The company’s headquarters is located in Shanghai’s Zhangjiang High-tech Park, known as the "Silicon Valley of China".
