The Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Moon Festival or Mooncake Festival, is a traditional Chinese celebration on the 15th day of the 8th month of the Chinese lunar calendar. According to relevant regulations and the actual situation of our company, we hereby inform you of the 2024 Mid-Autumn Festival holiday arrangement as follows:
Our company will have a three-day holiday from Sunday, September 15th to Tuesday, September 17th, 2024. We will resume work on Wednesday, September 18th and make up for the missed days on Saturday, September 14th.
Throughout the holiday, our online platform will remain active for order placement. While for any sales inquiries and supports, we will response it as soon as possible once we resume work.
