If you're interested in upgrading your headlamp, take a look at this article.
This headlamp is an old item from several years ago. It originally had a lead-acid battery and a 10mm LED. The battery is no longer usable. So, what should you do? Let's go ahead and modify it together.
You can replace the LED with a 1-watt one. For the circuit board, you can use a mining lamp's disassembled board as a reference. When the voltage is above 3.2V, the main light will turn on, and when it's below 3.2V, the smaller side lights will turn on.
You can replace the battery with an 18650.
The original circuit needs to be completely removed, keeping only the switch.
For the charging circuit, you can directly use a finished 4056 board.
And just like that, you're done!
