This powerful smartphone features Motorola's AI-driven Moto AI, developed on large language models, with Micron's memory and storage solutions providing the necessary capacity, efficiency, speed, and performance to fully unlock its capabilities.

Additionally, Micron's LPDDR5X memory delivers up to 25% power savings, extending battery life to over 36 hours — a standout feature of the Razr 60 Ultra.
