If you are interested in DIY small table lamps, you may want to take a look at this article.
If you happen to have a 3W small spotlight, a piece of aluminum tube with a flexible metal gooseneck, a laptop power adapter casing, a charging cable, and a small switch, and you have prepared all these materials, you can start making it yourself.
First, you modify the lamp head by removing three 10-ohm resistors from the discarded circuit board and replacing them with one white LED.

Then you directly connect the wires.

You thread it through the aluminum tube and use the laptop power adapter casing as the base.

The empty casing is too light and cannot stand firmly, so you can use double-sided foam tape to attach a large screw to make it stable!
The wiring is very simple, and you connect a switch.
Once the casing is fixed in place, the project is completed, and it is still very simple.

The final appearance is like this, and you can turn on the light to test it.

Switch section.
