If you have a glue gun that takes too long to heat up, and you happen to have two T12 heating cores, you might suddenly get the idea of modifying the glue gun.

This is the T12 heating core.

You happen to have a regular soldering iron tip.

You then fill the inside of the soldering iron tip with thermal conductive adhesive and insert the T12 heating core into it.

Next, you remove the original heating block and grind both sides of the soldering iron tip slightly. The original retaining clip fits perfectly, so you seal it with thermal conductive adhesive. Finally, you connect the wires. You do not use the vibration switch; instead, you keep the original switch and wiring.

The modification is complete.
