If you happen to lose your flashlight's original charger and the flashlight runs completely out of power and will not turn on, you can make a simple temporary charger to get it working again.
If you have a TP4056 charging module and an 18650 battery holder on hand, you can start assembling it right away.

First, remove the metal contact from one of the battery slots in the battery holder.

Next, clean off the original solder joint at the back of that slot.

Drill a hole in a suitable location on the battery holder to install the power input charging port.

Then, remove the built-in USB connector from the TP4056 charging module.

Next, solder the connecting wires according to the corresponding circuit connections.

After completing all the soldering and wiring, power it on and test whether the charging function works properly.

Once you have confirmed that all the connections are correct, apply 704 silicone rubber to provide insulation and secure the components in place.

The charging function works perfectly in testing.

Your emergency temporary charger is now complete. Here is what the finished assembly looks like.
