Global Power Technology (GPT) is a company based in Beijing, China that advocates for the industrialization of silicon carbide (SiC) power devices. GPT has a complete semiconductor wafer factory capable of manufacturing semiconductor power devices on 4-inch SiC wafers. The company's core products are represented by silicon carbide Schottky diodes, including series like 600V/5A-50A, 1200V/5A-50A, and 1700V/10A, which are already in mass production and have quality that is comparable to the advanced level of international peers. GPT is working with industry peers, research institutes, and domestic and foreign experts to explore and develop SiC power devices for more and broader application fields.
