Global Power Technology (GPT) is a company based in Beijing, China that advocates for the industrialization of silicon carbide (SiC) power devices. GPT has a complete semiconductor wafer factory capable of manufacturing semiconductor power devices on 4-inch SiC wafers. The company's core products are represented by silicon carbide Schottky diodes, including series like 600V/5A-50A, 1200V/5A-50A, and 1700V/10A, which are already in mass production and have quality that is comparable to the advanced level of international peers.
