FPT Software establishes chip manufacturing subsidiary

Recently, FPT Software announced the formation of a new subsidiary, FPT Semiconductor.

FPT Software official micro news, FPT Semiconductor has released the first batch of integrated circuit products in August this year, designed in Vietnam, made in South Korea, and will be used in IoT medical equipment. By 2023, FPT Semiconductor plans to supply 25 million chips in seven types worldwide to meet different needs in telecommunications, Internet of Things, automotive technology, energy, electronics and other fields.

Nguyen Vinh Quang, founder and CEO of FPT Semiconductor, said that FPT Semiconductor is expected to become the preferred chip supplier of Vietnamese enterprises, and further to become the preferred chip supplier of Japan, South Korea, China, the United States and Europe, among others.
