At the Mobile World Congress (MWC 2023) in Barcelona, Cloud Tower Technology (Annoqi) successfully developed and released the world's most comprehensive Sub-7GHz filter product portfolio, which fully covers mainstream commercial bands such as n77, n78, n79, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz. In terms of specifications, it supports the latest communication standards such as 5G, Wi-Fi 6/6E/7, and UWB, with high bandwidth and coexistence requirements. The product lineup includes bandpass filters (BPF), low-pass filters (LPF), couplers, power splitters, chip antennas, and other solutions. It effectively meets the rapidly growing communication industry and the need for domestically controllable core components.
The most representative product is the 6 GHz broadband high suppression filter for Wi-Fi 6E/7, with an astonishing bandwidth of 1.2 GHz (5.9-7.1 GHz) and over 40 dB broadband high suppression for adjacent bands (5.1-5.8 GHz), which is a world-class problem that needs to be solved urgently in the wireless communication industry. In response to this demand, Anuki launched the "AnyBand" series of products based on its proprietary hybrid filter technology, which means that Anuki can provide "any bandwidth" filters that customers need. The "2B1P" product in this series has become the crown jewel, achieving a passband (5.9-7.1 GHz) insertion loss of less than 3 dB and nearly 50 dB suppression of adjacent bands (5.1-5.8 GHz), with a chip size of only 1.8×1.4 mm2 (as shown below). Anuki's "2B1P" is also the first domestically released filter product for the 6 GHz band, and its comprehensive competitiveness has entered the international leading level. The "AnyBand" series of Anuki also includes another 6 GHz filter for the U6G frequency band (n104: 6425-7125 MHz) defined by the latest 3GPP, thus fully covering new applications such as Wi-Fi 6E/7 and cellular Beyond 5G (5.5G, 6G).
Anuki's hybrid filter technology and "AnyBand" series of products have enabled domestically produced filter chips to quickly respond to international standards, allowing domestic intelligent terminal manufacturers to use the most advanced RF chip technology to achieve the highest spectrum efficiency wireless communication hardware architecture, to meet the fierce competition from global high-tech giants.
