SK Hynix Q3 2026 Revenue Tops KRW 100 Trillion

According to SK Hynix, the company reported record revenue and operating profit for the third quarter of fiscal 2026, ended September 30. Revenue reached KRW 104.62 trillion, operating profit totaled KRW 83.33 trillion, and net profit was KRW 39.78 trillion under K-IFRS. Revenue and operating profit increased 32% and 38%, respectively, from the previous quarter, with revenue surpassing KRW 100 trillion for the first time.

The strong results were driven by rising demand for AI memory and high-value semiconductor products. HBM4 shipments expanded alongside strong sales of server DDR5 memory. In NAND flash, demand for 321-layer TLC enterprise solid-state drives (eSSDs) continued to grow, particularly in data center applications.

SK Hynix expects the memory market to remain undersupplied through 2030, as growing AI infrastructure investment outpaces the expansion of semiconductor manufacturing capacity. The company plans to accelerate production expansion, increase HBM4 output at its M15X facility, and raise the production share of advanced 321-layer NAND to meet demand for high-performance memory and enterprise SSDs.

To support long-term growth, SK Hynix has signed long-term supply agreements with 14 major customers, including global cloud service providers. These agreements cover more than 50% of its expected total production capacity for 2027 and 2028. The company also expects investment to increase significantly next year as domestic and overseas manufacturing projects advance.

SK Hynix additionally announced a shareholder return plan totaling approximately KRW 100 trillion for fiscal 2026, including cash dividends and share repurchases. The company said it will continue strengthening its technology competitiveness and production capacity to meet growing demand for AI memory and advanced semiconductor solutions.
